Site Rates

Seasonal Rates:
Seasonal sites starting at $4,500 and include water, expanded basic cable, sewer, metered electric service, fireplace, and picnic table.

Overnight Sites
$70 - $75 / night*
2 night minimum on weekends
*Holiday rates add $5 per night, 3 night minimum required

Guest Fees
Day guest - $8/day
Overnight - $7/day

Boating Rates

Boat Fees: Seasonal
Motorboats - $150
Canoes, kayaks, small sail boats, & paddleboards - $50

Boat Fees: Weekenders
Canoes, kayaks, small sail boats, & paddleboards - $5

Dock Fees
Seasonal - $500 to $850
Weekenders - $30/day

Boat Rentals
Kayaks - $5/hour, $15 for ½ day
Canoe - $10/hour, $30 for ½ day
