May 2, Saturday
4:30pm Kentucky Derby Party. A camper-sponsored event. Pools and 50/50 raffle, prizes for best hats worn by the ladies, bring a dish to share, BYOB. Read The Chatter for all the details.

May 9, Saturday
4:00pm, Bingo at the recreation hall. Kids under 18 plays for candy, all money collected distributed to winners.

May 16, Saturday
Spring Potluck Dinner. Prepare and bring a large dish to share with your camping friends and family.

May 23, Saturday
Country Steel Band. Come to the gazebo on the beach to hear great tunes to dance and groove to.

May 24, Sunday
10:00am, Memorial Day Weekend Horseshoe Tournament.

June

June 6, Saturday
3:00 pm, Poker Run. A camper-sponsored event. Try your luck at being dealt the campgrounds' best hand. We need 4 host sites to sign up in advance for each run to happen. Buy your cards at Safari Square at 3 pm. Run starts at 3:30.

June 12, Friday
8:00 - 11:00pm, Karaoke in the Safari Field (weather permitting).

June 13, Saturday
7:30 - 10:30pm, DJ Dance Party for the Start of Summer.

June 20, Saturday
8:00 - 10:30pm. Prom Night Party. Dig out your old finery for a night you won't remember, listening to the top prom hits of your glory days.

June 27, Saturday
7:00pm, Cocktail Hour with live music.

July

July 3, Friday
Kids Sweet-tooth Hayride, and Golf Cart Parade.

July 4, Saturday
Joe Sisco Memorial Horseshoe Tournament and Boat Parade. Watch The Chatter for all the details.

2:00 - 5:00pm, Still Kickin' with Big City Horns Beach Party. Come to listen or dance to a great cover band with a big sound.

July 11, Saturday
12:00pm, Carnival Day in the Safari Field. Kid's bounce house, face painting, popcorn, cotton candy and more.

5:00 - 7:00pm, Munchies Food Truck. Take the night off - purchase and enjoy some BBQ from the truck. .

4:00 - 5:30pm, Bingo. Adults only.

7:30pm, Clayton Allen & Friends Band playing both kinds of music – country and rock.

August

August 1, Saturday
3:00 - 5:30pm, Poker Run. A camper-sponsored event. Try your luck at being delt the campgrounds' best hand.

8:00 - 11:00pm, Crock Pot Cookoff. Bring us your best Crock Pot dish to share. A camper-sponsored event.

August 15, Saturday
7:0pm, Halloween. Kids, dress up and trunk-or-treat around Safari Square to campers' who provide treats. Prizes for best costumes for kids and best decorated golf carts.

August 22, Saturday
6:30pm, Campsite Crawl. Sign up in the store by August 9th to host a brief party with the theme of a Country of Choice. Or follow along to a party that travels among campsites. More details to follow in the Chatter. Adults only.

August 29, Saturday
7:30 - 10:30pm, Souls On Fire. Join us for live music with a 10-piece band featuring music from the 70's.

August 30, Sunday
10:00am, Labor Day Weekend Horseshoe Tournament.

September

September 19, Saturday
12:00pm, Cornhole Tournament. A camper-sponsored event.

September 26, Saturday
6:00pm, L'Octoberfest. A camper-sponsored event – a day full of fun and activities. Watch the Chatter for all the details.

Please note: These are some of Laurel Lock's activities throughout the summer. We will plan to have a Saturday free and easy yoga class, Friday night horseshoes, Saturday night cornhole, WWSW (a monthly ladies' wine happy hour), weekday game nights, weekend golf outings.
